Lifting Instructions
The IXOLIFT Adjustable Work Platform can be lifted with a forklift or with slings.
LIFTING WITH A FORKLIFT
Lifting with a forklift is only allowed from the mast side end of the unit. Lifting points are clearly
marked on the base of the unit.
LIFTING WITH SLINGS
Attach slings to the dedicated lift points which are clearly marked on the base of the unit. Slip the
slings through the opening between the platform’s middle guard rail and the platform tray, as shown in
the picture, to prevent the unit from tipping over. Always use slings with adequate strength.

Storage
The IXOLIFT Adjustable Work Platform must be stored indoors. AVOID STORING the unit UNUSED FOR LONG PERIODS as it could result in sealings drying, which could cause gas spring failure.
IF THE UNIT HAS BEEN STORED FOR MORE THAN 3 MONTHS, move the basket up/down a couple of millimeters BY STEPPING INTO THE BASKET AND OUT AGAIN A COUPLE OF TIMES.
The slight gap in the locking system will allow for a small up/down movement of the basket which will lubricate the gas spring sealings, thus prolonging the lifetime of the gas spring.
